The NASD OTC operates a fair, orderly and transparent market that brings together the best of local enterprises and several classes of global investors.

To become an investor, an individual (or institution) must select a Trading Institution and open an account with the Central Securities Clearing System Plc [CSCS]. See here for approved list of registered trading institutions.

 

A Trading Institution is an appointed agent authorised by NASD to execute, buy or sell instructions on an investor’s account.
