NASD OTC WEEKLY MARKET SUMMARY-WEEK 40

The OTC NASD Security Index (NSI) and Market Capitalisation closed the trading week on Friday, October 04, 2019 with a negative
movement against preceding Friday, September 27 2019. The NSI and Market capitalization fell by 0.78% to close the week at 699.63
points and ₦502.64 billion respectively.
Number of equities traded in week 40 was 214,896 units valued at ₦14.85million in Twenty Two (22) deals. Negotiations focused on
Seven (7) out of the Thirty-nine (39) securities admitted to trade on the NASD OTC market.
Nasd Plc and Friesland Campina Wamco Nigeria Plc led the week by volume and value respectively.
