We write to inform you that the 7th Annual General Meeting [“AGM”] of NASD PLC is scheduled to hold on Thursday, June 25, 2020, at the Board Room of the Company, 9th Floor, UBA House, 57 Marina, Lagos by 11:00 a.m.
NASD requests every member who is entitled to attend and vote at the company’s 7th Annual General Meeting to appoint a proxy from the list of designated individuals to attend and vote in his or her stead. Attendance at the Annual General meeting shall be by proxy only.
The AGM will be streamed live. This will enable shareholders and other stakeholders who will not be attending physically to follow the proceedings. The link for the AGM live streaming will be made available on the Company’s website at www.nasdng.com.
