These are proprietors of viable enterprises seeking long term capital. By subscribing to NASDeP, enterprises have a more suitable source of finance and can discover a wide range of accredited investors. - Analysts
These are companies registered with NASDeP and can upload verified information provided by Incubator Firms or Enterprises. They serve as intermediaries between Enterprises and Accredited Investors. - Investors
These are accredited individuals and institutions who have agreed to abide by the rules of NASDeP. By subscribing to NASDeP, investors have unparalleled access to high-yield potential enterprises that match their investment requirements. All information is presented in a standardized format which eases the initial screening process. - Incubators and Sponsors
These are organizations who have through prior relationship with the enterprise, nurtured its growth. These include foundations, NGOs and financial institutions. A sponsor will be the first point of introduction of the Enterprise to the portal.
Getting Started
When you register on the web portal, you create a NASDeP account that allows you interact with the portal and use the services. By creating this account, you represent that you are an individual authorised to use the services on behalf of a Due Diligence Agent or Accredited Investor.
Registration is complete when provided information is verified by NASD PLC to be current, accurate, truthful and complete. User will regularly update this information to maintain its completeness and accuracy.
