Inter Member Transfer
To transfer Investors shares under the custody of a Participating Institution to another:
- Obtain the Inter Member Transfer Form from CSCS.
- Submit the completed form to CSCS PLC attaching the Investors mandate and other necessary KYC documents as requested by CSCS.

Bond Settlement
Provide transaction details in Bond Schedule.
Forward Bond Schedule to NASD.

Off Market Transactions
To initiate off market transactions:
- Complete NASD form 7a (Sell Side) and 7b (Buy Side).
- Forward completed forms to NASD attaching the Investor’s mandate.

Nominal Transfer
Please refer to the NASD Rules on Nominal Transfer.
1. Download and complete NASD Form 6.
2. Forward completed form to NASD.
